He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Viola Sinclair Dorsey and Charles Dorsey Sr. Mr (Dorsey); his wife Patricia Smith Dorsey of Fitzgerald Georgia; and his children, Rudy Charles Dorsey, Charles Albert Dorsey, Calos Smith, Sammie Smith, Latoya, Carman Bryan, Kathryn and Bernard Smith.
