It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carey Middlebrooks Jr. of Ocilla, Georgia, who passed away on April 7, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carey Middlebrooks Sr. and Mary Lue Prater Middlebrooks. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hardy Middlebrooks of Ocilla; his son William; and his sister-in-law Eveline Middlebrooks of Colorado Springs, Colorado.. He is also survived by Several sister and brother in laws along with Seven Grandchildren, Three Great grandchildren, and a host of neices, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
