He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Merritt of Ocilla Georgia; his children, Marcus King, Demetrice King of Fitzgerald Georgia, Barbara (Cookie), Anthony Wells of Lithonia Georgia, Bobby, Christie Merritt Jr. of Jacksonville Georgia and Horace Young of Ocilla Georgia; his siblings, Mary Merritt of Ocilla Georgia, Wanda, Keith Davis of Ambrose Georgia, Vincent and Sadie Gaskins of Albany Georgia; his niece Keasher; and his godson Skylar Burgess of Ocilla Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
