She was predeceased by: her husband James C. Rowell; and her parents, Cornelius Parks Belflower and Sarah Lucille Hall. She is survived by: her children, Debra Edenfield of Atlanta, Deedie Morgan of Atlanta, Denise Aultman of Ocilla, Charlene, Wayne Griffin of Lenox and Sean Blackwell of Tifton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
