He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Allen and Betty Joe Prince Marshall; and his sister Mildred Cross. He is survived by: his son Steven Clarence Earl Allen of Maryland; his sister Debra Barfield of Meigs, GA; his nieces, Beth Curby, Cathy Arrington, Toni Roberts and Brandi Richter; and his significant other Libby Wood of Ochlocknee. He is also survived by several great-nephews and nieces.
