It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin Barron of Ochlocknee, Georgia, who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Marvin may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marvin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Edwin Barron and Alma Ree Holland Barron; and his siblings, Edwin Barron and Marjorie Thomas. He is survived by: his sons, Keith Barron of Ochlocknee and Duane Barron of Boston, GA; his siblings, Merle Barron Barineau (Steve) of Thomasville, David Barron (Hilda) of Whitesburg, GA, Larry Barron of Ochlocknee, GA and Jimmy Barron of Ochlocknee, GA; and his grandchildren, Abby Barron, Annabelle Barron, Nikki Barron and Karen Barron. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
