She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Blanchard and Betty Ruth Marshall Blanchard; and her siblings, Billy Blanchard and Susie Melton. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Archille Hembree of Ochlocknee, GA, Tammy Annette Hembree of Thomasville, Sandra Michelle Meadows (Keith) of Ochlocknee, GA and Tina Diane Hembree (Jim Shimkos) of Thomasville; her grandchildren, Nickie, Scottie, Brittany, Alisha, Kristie, Emily, Macy, Brandon, Haley, Wayne and Adreanna; and her siblings, Charles Blanchard and Jane Sadler of Ochlocknee, GA.. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
