He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Hunter and Lela Mae Howze Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Louise Brinson Hunter; his children, Jerry Hunter (Heidi) of Largo, FL., Sherry Harrison (David) of Cairo, GA., Travis Desmore (Dewi) of Tallahassee, FL., Heather Mitchell (Wayne) of Columbus, GA., Mark Upton (Leslye) of Cairo, GA. and Chris Upton (Claudia) of Boston, GA.; and his brothers, Larry Hunter and David Hunter. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
