He was predeceased by: his son David Randall "Randy" Raper, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Edna Taylor Raper of Ochlocknee; his children, Bobby C. Raper, Jr. of Thomasville, Wanda Raper and Tammy Deibert; and his brother Horace Raper of Adel. He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
