It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willis Hilliard Kinsey Jr. of Oakwood, Georgia, who passed away on January 13, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Yancey and Willis H. Kinzey, Sr.; his siblings, Wilburn Kinzey, Wendall and Joann Cantrell; and his half-brothers, Marvin and Charles Q. Kent.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra K. Catron (Brad); his grandchildren, Lauryn C. Felts (Matt) and Evan Catron; his great grandchildren, Emery and Wyatt Felts; his sisters-in-law, Sandy Kinsey and Jeanette Kinzey; and his friend Betty Beck.
