He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Troy, Wilma High and Phillip Petty. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Wayne High and Karen Petty McHugh; his wife Helen Wang High; his daughter Sara Bailee High; his grandmother Delores; and his stepgrandparents, David Morris and Susan Petty. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members and friends.
