He was predeceased by: his parents, John McNair and Opal Crowe McNair; and his brother Johnny McNair. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Mitchell McNair; and his children, Mark Waters (Sandra), Kevin Waters, Michael McNair Jr., Luke McNair (Nikki), Joe McNair (Rebecca), Mandy Coker (Carlton) and Carly McNair. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
