He is survived by: his wife Domitila Rayboza of Gainesville; and his children, Patricia Rubio of Gainesville, Maria Deloordez Rubio of Gainesville, Blanca Azucena Rubio of Pacana Mexico and Juan Manuel Rubio of Pacana Mexico.
