He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Payne and Frances Martin Payne; and his brother Maurice Payne. He is survived by: his spouse Kathy Barnes Payne; his children, Allen Payne (Diane) of Flowery Branch, GA, Scott Payne (Amanda) and Lisa Huners (Frank); his grandchildren, Allena, Josh Payne (Brittney), Kerri, Cheyenne, Katelyn, Adam, Will and Alston; his great grandchildren, Zander, Sawyer and Kylie Belle; and his brother Ricky Payne of Flowery Branch, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
