He is survived by: his daughters, Allyson Bailey (David) of Winder and Melissa Welborn (Larry) of Anderson, SC; his siblings, Bobby Griffin of Athens, Martha Cotton (Billy) of Homer, Joyce Griffin of Maysville and Wilma Abney (Terry) of Kennesaw; his grandchildren, Luke Welborn, Eva Welborn, Ruth Ann Miller (Chris), Mary Beth Jackson (Cam) and John David Bailey; and his great grandchild Emmaleigh.
