We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2022, Gary Eugene Reed of Oakwood, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Monia Reed and Kate Reed. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Alexander Reed; his sons, Dr. Sam (Kristy Reed), Chris (Angela Reed) and Tim (Lauren Reed); his sister Kathy Hembree of Oakwood; his grandchildren, Bailey Reed, Taylor Adams (Hayden), Zachary Reed, Amelia Reed, Oliver Reed, Penelope Reed and Violet Reed; and his nephew Matt Hembree (Heather). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Baptist Church of Oakwood.
