He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Neal. He is survived by: his mother Colleen Neal of Gainesville; his friend Joey Beck; his wife Gina Neal; his children, DJ Neal and Kate Neal (Dustin) of Gainesville; his brothers, Jasen Neal of Oakwood and Joseph; his sister-in-law Rosalie Metcalf of Oakwood; his aunts and uncles, Mitch, Pam Shifflert of Flowery Branch, Counte and Amy Cooley; and his cousins, Cory Cooley of Gainesville, Chris Cooley of Gainesville and Dallas Cooley of Gainesville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
