He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Earl Kelly and Claudia Robbins Kelly; and his wife Ruth Freeman Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Brian Kelly (Tammy) and Nancy Costeira (Tom); his grandchildren, Kelly Colee (James), Kristopher Costeira and Lindsey Tate (Jarrett); his great grandchildren, Jayse Colee and Madelyn Colee; and his brother Mike Kelly (Terri).
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Effingham Memorial Gardens (880 GA-119, Springfield, GA 31329).
