She was predeceased by: her husband Garry Simons; her parents, William Richard Duckworth and Mariana Williamson Duckworth; and her sisters, Richie Duckworth and Peggy Tiller.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Gill; her brother Gregg Duckworth (Bonnie); and her siblings-in-law, Kendall Simons, Eric Tiller and Kay Wood. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and her dear friend.
