He is survived by: his wife Margaret Pinion; his children, Marty (Becky) and Kelly (Amanda); his grandchildren, Dusty Pinion (Brittney), Alli Smith (Matt Smith), Taylor Pinion and Raylee Carr; and his great grandchildren, Alaric Pinion, Cason Smith and Cohen Smith.
