He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee Baker and Elizabeth Hargrove Baker; and his brother Dale Baker. He is survived by: his wife Jarrelle Sumner Baker; his children, Julie Baker Gay (Chad) and Roy Lee Baker II (Julie Pham); his grandchildren, Madison Montgomery, Ryan Parkerson, Alexis Weeks, Bryleigh Richter and Gavin Parkerson; his great grandchild Evelyn Richter; and his brother Jerry Baker (Marie).
