He is survived by: his parents, Raul Rolando Velazquez Lopez and Dubelsa Margarita Olvera Galindo; his wife Beatriz A Hernandez Cruz; his daughters, Evelyn Velazquez and Melanie Velazquez; and his sister Dubelsa Deyanira Velazquez Olvera.

Due to a high rise in Covid-19 we ask that all attendees wear mask.
