He is survived by: his children, Wayne Kelley (Rhonda) of Norman Park and Michelle Kelley of Norman Park; his grandchildren, Kayla Long (Josh) of Norman Park, Konner Kelley of Norman Park, A. J, Ming of Alabama and Tanner Ming of Norman Park; and his siblings, Margaret Eddings (Bill) of Greenville, Clayton Kelley of Boca Raton and Kenny Kelley (Charlotte) of Moultrie. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
