She was predeceased by: her parents, Stroizer Issac Carlton and Bessie Elizabeth King Carlton; her husband Robert Eugene Maddox; her daughter Omie Leann Perry Hartsfield; and her great grandchild Jonathan Austin Beverly.

She is survived by: her son Henry Dalton "Ricky" Perry, Jr. (Melea Petty); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Walker (Krista) of Norman Park, Lee Walker of Omega, Miranda Beverly (Jonah) of Moultrie, Cole Perry (Hollyann) of Winter Springs, FL, Jason Mercer (Connie) of Cool Springs and Tonya Bozeman (Jody) of Sumner; her great grandchildren, Devon Walker, Huntley Walker, Harley Walker, Landon Jones, Carson Walker, Landan Beverly, Leia Perry, Tatum Velasquez, Zach Mercer, Jaciana Mercer, Jase Mercer, Rhett Bozeman, Caleb Bozeman, Autumn Walker and Aubree Walker; and her brother Johnny Issac Carlton of Norman Park.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Baker Funeral Home & Crematory (2222 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31788). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at the Rocky Creek Church Cemetery (678 Rocky Creek Church Rd, Omega, GA 31775).
