He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe B. Weaver and Martha Norman Weaver; his wife Violet Weaver; and his siblings, Darrell Weaver, Ralph Weaver, James Weaver and Oneita Carter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane W. Blanchard (Mark Blanchard) of Moultrie and Beverly Funderburk of Moultrie; his granddaughters, Emily Moncrief of Moultrie, Elizabeth Singley Daughtrey (William) of Sparks and Rachel Funderburk (Niobe Funderburk) of Tifton; and his great grandchildren, John Patrick Moncrief, Maggie Ruth Moncrief, William Fletcher Daughtrey and Landon Branch Daughtrey.
