He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl S. Scarborough and Margarette Newton Scarborough; his great grandchild Declan Cole Meister; and his brother Robin Scarborough. He is survived by: his sons, Bill Meister (Regenia) of Norman Park, Bob Meister of Norman Park and Brad Meister (Jeanie) of Madison, FL; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Jackie Meister, Caleb Meister, Megan Hill, Jonah, Anna Meister, Jessica, Derek Porter of Centreville, VA, Jonathan, Mauri Meister of Warner Robins, Dexter, Amber Norman of Orlando, FL, Josh Trimble of Raeford, NC, Josey and Will Watson of Cordele. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; The family will receive friends.
