It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Dorminey of Norman Park, Georgia, born in Adel, Georgia, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Hollis Dorminey and Hattie Tillman Dorminey; his siblings, Felton Dorminey, William, Melvis Dorminey and Flossie Dorminey; his son-in-law Ronnie Livingston; and his sister-in-law Margie Dorminey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Livingston of Moultrie, Tina Fields (William) of Moultrie and Sandra Flowers (Vernon Swords) of Moultrie; his siblings, Raymond Dorminey (Kaye) of Adel, Mary Lou Castleberry (Harold) of Macclenny, Holly Dean Shaw of Sylvester, Bessie Hall (A. J.) of Camilla, Carolyn Norman (Benny) of Norman Park and Linda Folsom (Tommy) of Adel; his sister-in-law Joan Dorminey of Moultrie; and his grandchildren, Kayla Mitchell (Justin), Dakoda Flowers, Tyler Livingston, Hope Bryant (Cole), Tabathia Pollock (Jake), Dannie Royals, Thomas Doyon, Eleni Doyon (Nick), Brandon Fields and Shaun Fields (Jessica). He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
