She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Huey Futch, Sr. and Maggie Mae Curles Futch; her daughter Martha Hembree; and her brother Alf Futch. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Floyd Davis (Katie) of Trenton, OH and Angel Underhill (Gene) of Middletown, OH; her great grandchildren, Clint, Gene, Olivia, Samantha and Taylor; her great great grandchild Emerson; her son-in-law Jerry Hembree of Moultrie; her siblings, Eugene "Snow" Futch of Meigs, Johnnie Mae Gibson of Meigs and Linda Halloway (late Johnny) of Thomasville; and her niece Marsha Murphy (Carl) of Moultrie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
