He is survived by: his children, Christopher Dean Gay (Carol) and Donna Merriam (David); and his grandchildren, Ryan Gay, Nick Gay, Dalton Murphy (Daley), Hunter Murphy, Madelyn Merriam and Olivia Merriam.
