He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Tillman, Sr. and Evelyn Adams Tillman Casteen; and his siblings, Teresa Sangster and William L. Tillman, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Kim Prosser, David Sinclair of Norman Park, Jamie Prosser (Kassandra) of Moultrie, Brooke Tillman of Moultrie and Samuel Santiago of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Haley Williams, Alex Tillman, Caden Merritt, Johnny Williams, Casey Williams, Joseph Prosser and Jazmine Crisostomo; his siblings, Debra Pate of Moultrie, Timothy M. Tillman (Rhonda) of Norman Park and Terry W. Tillman of Douglas; his mother-in-law Jean Castleberry; and his close friends, Tammy Harris, Matthew Cox, Mike Kirkland, Gene Harrison, David Sinclair, Todd Lindsey and Jamie Collins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
