He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosco Harrison Barrett and Lena May Cone Barrett; and his siblings, Bobby Eugene Barrett, William Barrett, Robert Barrett, Ronald Barrett, Mary Madalene Barrett, Rose Campton, Hazel Radford and Doris Hancock.
He is survived by: his sisters, Helen Knowels of Moultrie and Ellen West of Cordele; his niece Lisa Folsom of Norman Park; and his nephew Alan Keith Barrett, Sr. (Denice) of Adel. He is also survived by many numerous nieces and nephews.
