He is survived by: his parent Essie Howard Hufstetler Booth; his wife Carolyn Grantham Booth of Norman Park; his daughters, Angela Booth Pezent (Lorin) and Jennifer Leigh Booth; his grandsons, Cody Pezent, Austin Croft, Joseph Pezent and Caleb Pezent; and his siblings, Faye Dent (Fred) of Sylvester, Geraldine Benson (Grady) of Eufaula, AL, Garlan Booth (Pat) of Tifton, Brett Booth, Sr. (Faye) of Sylvester, Paul Booth of Norman Park, Charles Booth (Gayle) of Sylvester, Ray Booth (Debbie) of Sylvester, Mitchell Booth and Jerry Booth.
