He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Varnadoe Sumner; his daughters, Pam Sumner Wall (Trevor) of Norman, Lisa Michelle Sumner of Norman Park and Angela Love Sumner of Norman Park; his grandchildren, Emily Regan Barrett, Bradley Zain Varnadoe and William Kade Freeman; and his siblings, Robert Lee Sumner, Jr. (Crystal) of Norman Park and Carrie Horton of Lenox.
