He was predeceased by: his parents, Junious Weaver and Louise Hunnicutt Weaver; his wife Betty Gregory Weaver; and his brothers, Jimmy Weaver, Emory Weaver and Junious "Sonny" Weaver, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Tony Weaver of Norman Park and Teri Weaver Baker (Ronnie) of Lenox; his grandchildren, Ron Baker, Macie Jackson (Hal) of Thomasville and Beckie Summerlin (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Maylla Patrick, Anna Patrick, Addi Summerlin, Rhys Summerlin, Kaitlyn Jackson and Sydney Jackson; and his sisters, Margaret Ann Sumner of Norman Park and Brenda Hartsfield of Norman Park.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Oakdale Baptist Church Cemetery (2110 Sumner Rd, Moultrie, GA 31768).
