She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Rice, Sr. and Anna Rose Rice; her husband Dee Allen Bickel; and her daughter Julie Owens. She is survived by: her children, Tim Bickel (Christa) of Carmel, Jeffery Bickel of Lubbock, Texas, Danette Hall (Jimmy) of Lawton, Shannon Bickel of South Carolina and Tammy Bickel of Orlando, Florida; and her brother Delbert Rice, Jr. of Marion, Indiana.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
