Smith; his wife Norma Grant Smith of Norcross, GA; his children, Regina Jefferson (Carl), Kimberly Smith of Brooklyn, NY, Alfesha Smith and Kassien Smith (Tahira) of Charlotte, NC; his stepchildren, Maya Dukes of Lawrenceville, GA and Rashed Dukes (Monique) of Avondale Estates, GA; his grandchildren, Tendaji (Reginald), Regina Chenelle, Kaseen, Tiarah, Kai, Trinese, Essence and Oliver; and his siblings, Henry Smith of Pompano Beach, Florida, Dennis Smith (Annette) of Port Royal, SC, Romona Gaither (Herman) and Constance Gardner (Roland). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members and countless friends.

In Lieu of Flowers the family asks that contributions be made to the Old Fort Baptist Church in Port Royal.
