He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Pearl and Eugene Victor Wiley; his sister Sally Wiley Breedlove (Alton Randall Breedlove); and his daughter Vickie Breedlove Branton. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Pam Breedlove Feeney (John), Gayla Breedlove Wright (Ray) and Richard Eugene Wiley; his grandchildren, Bobbie Fields (Charlie) and John Wiley Feeney; and his sister-in-law Helen Gibbs (Bill).
