He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Kate and Marcus H. Woodham; and his siblings, Virginia Freeman (James Freeman) and Marcus H. Woodham Jr. (Shirley Woodham). He is survived by: his wife Dell E. Woodham; his children, Julie Motlagh (Fardad), Jennifer Scribner (Thomas) and William Woodham (Patricia); his grandchildren, Bryson, Blakely Scribner, Christian and Caitlin Woodham; his son-in-law Fardad Motlagh; and his nephews, Brad Freeman (Michelle Woodham) and Tracy Young (Debbie Duke).
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Crowell Brothers Funeral Home & Crematory - Peachtree Corners Chapel (5051 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Norcross, GA 30092). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Barrancas National Cemetery (1 Cemetery Rd, Pensacola, FL 32508).
