She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Romans; her parents, Benjamin Franklin and Martha Ruth Evans Campbell; her parents-in-law, Edgar Ethel and Josephine Zapletalova Romans; and her brother-in-law Charles Romans.
She is survived by: her son Jason; her daughter-in-law Lesley Snider Romans; her grandchildren, Eliana Romans, Benjamin Romans and Sara Romans; her brother Frank; her sister-in-law Frances Campbell; her sister Mary Beth; her siblings-in-law, John Faulkner, Hanna, Don Witherspoon, Karen Romans and Linda Romans; her nephews, Eric Romans (Missy), Patrick Campbell and Cameron Faulkner (Emily); her niece Carey Ely (Craig); and her uncle Charles Carnes. She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews, extended family and many close friends.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or Campus Church (Norcross, GA).
