He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Green; his son Joshua Green; and his parents, Robert Green and Verna Green. He is survived by: his children, Johnny Haynes, Renee (Steve Souther), Jill Green and Randy (Lauren Green); and his sister Jo Anne Dooley. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
