She was predeceased by: her parents, John James and Anna Jane Metcalfe. She is survived by: her husband Al Crutchfield; her children, Scott Crutchfield and Lisa Crutchfield (Devon Brandon); her siblings, John Metcalfe, Michael Metcalfe (Barbara) and Margaret Schultz; and her grandchild Tanner Brandon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
