He is survived by: his wife Debbie McGinnis; his sons, Jeremy (Laura McGinnis) and Casey McGinnis; his grandchildren, Taylor, Kylie, William, Bailey and Parker; his sisters, Sharon Gaeta (Al) and Deanna Lancaster (David); his niece Heather Sturgis; his nephew Bradley Ely (Courtney); his great-niece Makynlie; and his great-nephew Benjamin. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
