She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Carlisle of Norcross, GA; her granddaughters, Jessica Riley of Dacula, GA, Amanda Ford and Brittany Jones; her siblings, Katherine Jordan Addis of Buford, GA and Lamar; and her sister-in-law Judy Jordan of Oakwood, GA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
