It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell C. Douglas (Norcross, Georgia), who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lowell N. Douglas and Lois H. Smith; his wife Mary John Spencer; his sister Dell Ilene Douglas; his children, Chris Douglas (Bernadette Mendez) and Carrie Kliphon; his grandchildren, Emily Murray (Jake), David Douglas, Jonathan Douglas, Andrew Kliphon and Luke Kliphon; and his great grandchild John Murray.
