He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Miller; his sister Carol Brecher; and his parents, Gertrude Miller Starley and Harry Miller. He is survived by: his son David Miller (Robin); his stepdaughters, Kathy Wijsmuller (Peer), Melanie Long (Bill) and Susan Nash (Ray); his grandsons, Noah Miller and Jonah Miller; and also Gertrude Miller Starley (Harry Miller). He is also survived by several loving step-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
