He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rowell, Sr. and Mary Rowell; his stepfather Henry Rowell; and his sisters, Nancy Bennett, Lynda Cook and Kathi Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Ida Rowell; his daughter Missy Wilson (Pat); his grandchildren, Jacob Bennett (Jessica), Jeremy Bennett (Nichole) and Maddox Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Walker Bennett, Sutton Bennett, Weslynn Bennett, Brynlee Bennett and Brooks Bennett.
