He was predeceased by: his parents, James Odell Brown and Mary Rogers Brown; and his brothers, Roy Collins Jr. and Edward Collins. He is survived by: his wife Carrene Maxey Brown; his children, Andre' Brown (Rowena), Melissa Brown Kennebrew and Stacy Brown; his grandchildren, Jahnae Miles, Izayah Miles, Isaac Brown, Ryan Kennebrew and Aiden Kennebrew; and his brother Myron Eugene Burse.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Atlanta Mission, PO Box 20017, Atlanta, GA 30325, a cause close to his heart.
