He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Dorsey Bolton and Frances Lucille Blackburn Bolton; and his sister Irene Bolton. He is survived by: his wife Agnes "Chris" Lord Bolton; his sons, David Anthony Bolton (Julie) and Jeffrey Bryan Bolton (Angie); his grandchildren, Savannah Rae Bolton, Amanda Nicole Bolton, Hailey Elizabeth Bolton, Zachary Bryce Bolton, Ruby Marie Bolton and Henry Ross Bolton; and his siblings, William Bolton (Gail), Ellen Berlage, Mary Hosack (Lynn) and Linda Gillespie (Bill). He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
