He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Matthew (New York), Douglas (Georgia) of Tiger Cub and Darra (South Carolina) of Brownie Scout; his siblings, David (Paulette), Dale and Dorinda (Illinois); his siblings-in-law, Marianna, Rebecca and Joe (Tennessee); and also America.
