He was predeceased by: his parents, Blennie Nicholis Wiley and Ruby Mildred Wiley; and his brother Nolan Wiley. He is survived by: his wife Judy Arrington Wiley of Norcross; his son David Wiley Jr. of Sugar Hill; his stepchildren, Billy Akin of Tucker and Jenny Hatfield of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and his siblings, Joann Baggett of Pace, Larry Wiley of Tifton, Bernice Lewis of Tifton, Zora Jarvis of Thomasville, Jean Nesmith of Ft. Valley, Ann Helms of Tifton, Royce Wiley of Moultrie, Joyce Hernandez of Roberta, Otis Wiley of Coolidge and Laura Sheppard of Cobb County, Georgia.. He is also survived by five grandkids.
